Gender, sexuality and reproductive health curriculum for adolescents –

This program equips the adolescents in India on the issues of Gender, Sexuality and Reproductive Health thereby building their capacity to challenge child sexual abuse being the earliest forms of violence an individual is vulnerable to. With this work, the intention has always been also to resolve the existing gap in the Indian education system that is devoid of a Gender and Sex Education curriculum and break the taboos around issues of gender and sexuality through this work.

This program has been in implemented in Delhi-NCR and Haryana in collaboration with Government Schools and community based organizations.

Informative Sessions with Adolescents –

Informative session on child sexual abuse and POCSO (27th April 2019) : We engaged with 2500 students of Senior Secondary Boys Government School, Dwarka, Sec-3 on the issue of child sexual abuse and POCSO act on 27th April 2019. April is recognized as National Sexual Assault Awareness month as well as the National Child Abuse Prevention Month.


Informative session on child sexual abuse and POCSO (30th April 2019) : We engaged with 100 students of Government Sarvodaya Senior Secondary School, Matiala on the issue of child sexual abuse and POCSO act on 30th April 2019. April is recognized as National Sexual Assault Awareness month as well as the National Child Abuse Prevention Month.


International Menstruation Hygiene Day (28th May 2019) : We engaged with 150 girls from Government School, Dwarka, on periods, taboos, hygiene and challenges on the occasion of International Menstruation Hygiene Day 2019.
